HVAC BUYERS CLUB TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to HVAC Buyers Club ("us," "we," or "our"). Please carefully read these terms and conditions ("Terms") before using our services.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using the HVAC Buyers Club website, mobile application, or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTION
2.1 Subscription Fees: HVAC Buyers Club offers a monthly subscription-based service. By subscribing, you agree to pay the specified monthly fee. The subscription fee covers access to discounted HVAC products and materials.
2.2 Billing and Payments: Payments are due on the subscription start date and are automatically billed monthly. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your membership.
3. PRODUCT DISCOUNTS
3.1 Eligibility: Discounted products and materials are exclusively available to HVAC Buyers Club members.
3.2 Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to adjust product prices, but changes will not affect ongoing subscriptions. You will be notified of any pricing changes in advance.
4. WARRANTY
4.1 Mitsubishi Electric Products: All Mitsubishi Electric products sold by HVAC Buyers Club are covered by a seven (7) year warranty. Warranty details and terms are provided separately and are subject to Mitsubishi Electric's warranty policies.
5. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
5.1 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
5.2 Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable. Refunds or credits are not provided for partially used subscription periods.
6. MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES
6.1 Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process. HVAC Buyers Club is not liable for any consequences resulting from inaccurate information.
6.2 Account Security: Protect your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
7.1 Ownership: All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on HVAC Buyers Club are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our permission.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
8.1 Disclaimer: HVAC Buyers Club provides services "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that our services will meet your requirements or be error-free. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of our services.
9. CHANGES TO TERMS
9.1 Updates: HVAC Buyers Club may update these Terms at any time. You will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
